This is delicious! Use the sourdough bread and Kansas city style BBQ sauce lightly...

My kids really liked this and its really easy to make. I used regular sandwich bread and I used a package of pre-cooked pulled pork, just heated up in the microwave. This was a really good fix when were short on time and have alot of running around to do in the evenings for sports.

The meal was great had it a few times in one week. I added some pineapple chunks to it one time for added taste and was great. There is so many twists to this you can do to make it better. It is quick and easy to fix did not take long to make. The only issue i seen it was tends to go fast if you got alot of extra mouths to feed.
