Ingredients

  • 2 cans (15 oz each) Chef BoyardeeŽ Mac & Cheese
  • 3 hard-cooked eggs, chopped or quartered
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup sliced green onions
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish
  • 1 teaspoon prepared yellow mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Directions

  1. Place Mac & Cheese in large bowl. Add eggs, celery and onions; stir to combine. Blend together all remaining ingredients in small bowl. Add to macaroni mixture; stir to combine. Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes.

Cook's Tip

Use precooked hard-cooked eggs from the refrigerated section of the supermarket for a no cook, quickly prepared salad.
